Summer Update 2017
It’s already August, and with only a month left until the
bobcat alpine team heads east for fall semester we have been amping up the
dryland and summer skiing hoping for an awesome 2018 season.
The whole team has been up to a lot this summer from summer
skiing, internships, and various trips!
Here are just a few highlights of some of the bobcat skiers.
Incoming freshman Calvin Wilson and senior Hannah Johnson
started out skiing in Mammoth! Hannah is now currently ripping it up in Chile
for a few weeks.
Incoming freshman Amelia Kaplan, sophomore Tagert Mueller,
and senior Sierra Ryder are all in New Zealand prepping for the season and appearing
in a few New Zealand races. Tagert Mueller won a race in NZ scoring a personal
best too!
Sophomore Emma Finfer skied in Hood for a week as well!
